摘　　要：袁世凯作为清末民初的风云人物所提出的教育思想及进行的教育活动在中国近现代教育史上具有重要影响,其中包括的主要内容有:废除科举制度,兴办新式学堂,改革教育行政管理体制,推行实业教育和社会教育,后又掀起复古主义教育逆流,向封建传统教育让步、妥协。他以不同方式作用于清末民初的教育,已成为教育转型或波折变动中不可忘却的重要因素。As a most important person in the late Qing Dynasty and the Early Republic of China,Yuan Shikai was very important in the military,political,economic,and many other areas.His education thought and activities had important influence in Chinese modem history.The main contents include： abolished the imperial examination system,found new school,reformed education administrative management system,im-plemented industry education and social education,set off the revivalism education reflux later,and concede to feudal traditional education.He influenced on the late Qing Dynasty education in different ways,and became an indelible important factor in the education transformation or twists changes.
