多层次、立体化培养应用型农村金融人才探析

摘　　要：为培养合格的应用型农村金融人才,可采用"多层次"和"立体化"的方式进行培养。该方式要分类开发人才培养方案,系统建设和优化各方资源,实现全日制学校教育与非全日制职业培训的合作与融合;校企合作与校内协作;创新继续教育与培训服务,搭建学生终身学习的立交桥。In order to cultivate eligible applied country financial talents it can adopt the form of multi-level and three-dimension to cultivate.This form should classify the development of talents＇ cultivating scheme,systematical construction and optimizing various resources,realizing the cooperation and combination of full-time school education and part-time vocational training,college-enterprise cooperation and cooperation inside college,the innovation of continuing education and training service,and the establishment of bridge for students＇ lifelong learning.
