摘　　要：河北农业大学学生处围绕学校中心工作,以大学生全面发展为目标,着力完善学生工作机制,以加强学生工作队伍建设为抓手,以实施"抓管理、促学风、塑校风"为主线,以毕业生就业教育、指导和服务工作为重点,不断强化服务学生的意识,创新思想政治教育的内容、形式,扎实做好各项工作,促进了大学生的全面健康协调发展,学生工作取得了令人欣喜的成绩,呈现出良好的发展态势。The Students Affairs Division of Agricultural University of Hebei, takes all--around development of college students as the goal. Around the center of school work to improve students＂ working mechanism, strengthen the construction of student work team as the starting point, carry out enhancing management, promoting study style construction, figuring school spirit as the main line, taking the education in employment, guidance and services for graduates as the key. We strengthen the service consciousness for students, innovate the content and form of ideological and political education, and effectively conduct the students work to promote the students＂ overall and healthy development, which has made gratifying achievements, showing a good development trend.
