摘　　要：河北农业大学经济贸易学院成立以来,在校党委的正确领导下,学院党建和思想政治工作不断加强;学科发展日趋多样化、合理化,从规模扩大逐渐向学科特色与实力增强的转型,建设成效显著;经过师资优化和资源整合,逐步形成了一支结构合理、综合实力水平较高的教学科研队伍;教学质量和管理水平不断提高,学生综合素质稳步提升;发挥学校涉农学科优势,结合学院学科特点,实施跨学科融合,科学研究与社会服务走上新台阶。10年来,学院总体发展实力从小到大、从弱到强,核心竞争力不断增强,在河北省农村社会经济发展上具备了较强的话语权与影响力。Since the establishment of the College of Economics and Trade in Agricultural Universi- ty of Hebei, the work for Party construction as well as the ideological and political work in the college, have been constantly strengthened under the correct leadership of the Party Committee of Agricultural University of Hebei. Besides, gradually transferring from expanding the scale of ed- ucation to strengthening the advantages and characteristics of disciplines, the development of dis- ciplines in the college is becoming more and more diverse and reasonable, which leads to remarka- ble educational achievements. As for the construction of teaching and researching staff, a college team with reasonable structure and overall strength at high level, has been gradually organized, which results in the continuous and steady improvement of the quality of teaching, the level of management as well as the overall qualities of students. Relevant measures in terms of taking full use of the advantages of disciplines involving agriculture, combining the academic characteristics of disciplines in the college and fulfilling the interdisciplinary integration, are being carried out so as to improve the scientific researches and social services in the college to a higher level. The o- verall development strength of the College of Economics and Trade has changed from small to large and from week to strong. The core competitiveness of the college has been constantly enhanced, which contributes to the stronger voice and influences on the social economic develop- ment in the rural areas of Hebei.
