摘  要:采用统计理论中的二次多项式回归方法,进行新型的无铅钎料的组分设计。对搜集到的SnAgCu合金成分与熔点数据进行统计分析。按照交互作用关系,建立起熔点与各种元素相关关系的数学模型。在已有的成分与熔点之间,找出一个明确的函数表达式。定量描述成分对熔化温度范围的影响程度。经过对方程的检验,对该数学模型进行优化运算;在区间外对融化范围进行预测,得到银铜交互作用的三维立体图。预测出较低熔点时的合金成分范围。在钎料中添加锗作为合金化元素。采用高频感应加热设备作为热源制备出新的钎料。分析测试表明:试样成分均匀、组织细密。Adopting the statistical theory of quadratic polynomial regression method, we designed the new component of lead-free solder.Various alloy composition and melting point of the SnAgCu Lead Free System Alloy are collected and analyzed. According to interaction relations between the melting point and various elements, the mathematical model is established.An explicit function expression on the composition and melting point is found.The impact of composition on the melting temperature range is quantitatively described. After inspection of the equation, the mathematical model is optimized;predicting the melting range outside the range of existing ingredients, three-dimensional map of the silver-copper interaction is obtained.The Alloy composition range in low melting point was predicted.Germanium is added to the solder as an alloying element. Frequency induction heating equipment as a heat source,Quartz tube as a melting vessel,lnert gas as a protective factor, the sohter was prepared.Analysis and test results show that: the sample is very uniform composition and its micro structure is very fine.
