试论思想政治教育有效性的实现规律——以延安时期思想政治教育为例

摘　　要：思想政治教育有效性的实现是有规律可循的。通过对延安时期中国共产党思想政治教育及其有效性实践的分析,可以揭示和概括出实现思想政治教育有效性的四个规律,即实践生成规律、多向互动规律、虚实转化规律和规约引导规律。There exist the rules of achieving the effectiveness in ideological and political education. Through the analyses of the ideological and political education and its effective practice of the Communist Party of China in the Yan＇an Period, the rules can be revealed and summarized as those of practical generation, multidimensional interaction, transformation between virtuality and reality, and guidance through persuasion and constraint.
