集群领先企业与跟随企业的协同创新过程模型

摘　　要：采用模型研究和数值模拟的方法,研究了集群内的领先企业与跟随企业进行协同创新的两阶段过程——研发阶段和市场化阶段。研究结果显示:协同创新可实现领先企业和跟随企业的"双赢";在协同创新过程中,跟随企业依附于领先企业,领先企业可获得比跟随企业更多的市场份额和利润;跟随企业应更关注协同创新过程中领先企业对其的技术溢出,从而提高自己的创新实力。This paper analyzes the two-stage process of cooperative innovation between leading enterprises and followers in clusters by using the mathematical method,which names R&D stage and marketization stage.Simulation result shows that cooperative innovation is a 'win-win' strategy for both sides;the leader would get more market shares and profits than the follower;the follower should pay more attention to the technology spillover from the leader in the process of cooperative innovation to enhance the innovation capability.
