摘　　要：我国是一个社会主义国家,我国国有企业是作为社会主义公有制的体现而设立和存在的。公有制的性质和目标决定了我国国有企业除了具有一般企业和一般国有企业的性质和社会责任外,还有自己特殊的性质和社会责任。正确认识我国国有企业的双重属性,理性回归我国国有企业应履行的双重社会责任。China is a socialist country.
