摘　　要：交通系统管理(TSM)和交通需求管理(TDM)是当前城市交通改善的两项主要策略。结合国内外相关研究成果,深入分析了TSM和TDM的概念,对比研究了TSM和TDM的关系、分类方法及其主要特征。在此基础上,提出了多视角下定性和定量分析相结合的TSM/TDM策略评价的基本思路,并通过两个实际案例探讨了策略评价的定性和定量数据分析方法及评价指标体系。Transportation Systems Management（TSM） and Travel Demand Management（TDM） are currently the two main strategies to improve urban transportation performance.This article analyzes the concept of TSM and TDM,compares the logic relationship between the two systems and the classification methodology.Based on existing research,quantitatively and qualitatively analyzes strategy evaluation techniques are discussed with the data from two case studies,one from a city in China and anther from oversea.
