滨州海盐区冬末雨雪天气气象服务经验探讨

摘　　要：2011-02-26夜间到2011-02-28受西南暖湿气流、低空切变线以及北方强冷空气的共同影响,滨州市出现了一次明显的雨雪过程,滨州盐场平均降水量6.8 mm,这样的天气这个季节一般年份盐场不进行塑苫,但由于去年秋季至这次雨雪天气前干旱少雨晴好天气,海盐蒸发较往年快,盐业生产形势好于往年,多数盐场都早做好了塑苫的准备,专业气象台针对盐场的服务要求,制定了周密服务计划,加强了值班守班,圆满地完成了2011-02-26～2011-02-28雨雪过程海盐塑苫的气象服务工作,取得了较好的经济效益,受到各盐场的好评。文章对这次雨雪天气的气象服务进行了全面分析总结,目的是探讨特殊天气及特殊时段海盐塑苫气象服务思路,提高盐场塑苫的经济效益。Because of the influence of southwest warming and wetting flow,low level shear line and north strong cold air,obvious rain and snow appeared in Binzhou City from the night of February 26th to 28th,2011.The average precipitation is 6.8 mm in Binzhou Salt Plant.In common year and season,it needs not plastics cover in salt plant.Because of the good weather with short of rain and the rapid evaporation of seawater before the rain and snow weather,the production situation is better than other years.Therefore,many salt plants had prepared to cover plastic.The meteorological station made service plan carefully and strengthened duty shift to service salt plants.So,the salt plant gained good economic benefits and they appraised highly to the station.The rain and snow weather service of this time is summarized and analyzed completely in the article.It aims to discuss the idea of weather service to plastic cover in special weather and special time,and improve the economic benefits of salt plant.
