摘　　要：在政府着力改善公共体育服务供给的背景下,政府与非营利体育组织合作理应受到重视。以资源依赖理论为研究视角,从中观层面探讨政府与非营利体育组织间的合作问题,认为组织目标的一致性和资源互赖是促成政府与非营利体育组织合作的动因,从组织身份和资源依赖两个维度来看,当前我国政府与非营利体育组织形成权力失衡下的有限合作模式,应通过政府赋权和非营利体育组织增能,构建政府与非营利体育组织理想的合作模式。The cooperative relationship between government and non-profit sports organizations should be valued in the context of improving public sports service. Based on resources inter-dependence, this article discussed the cooperation of government and non-profit sports organizations from medium view. It was believed that consistency of goal and resources inter-dependence led government and non-profit sports organizations to cooperate. It was concluded that a limited partnership under imbalanced power was developed between government and non-profit organizations after analyzing the cooperative relation- ship of them from the two dimensions of organization identity and resources inter-dependence. An ideal cooperative mode was constructed by government＇s empowerment and non-profit sports organizations＇ improving ability.
