从高职学生与实习单位法律关系探讨工伤救急

摘　　要：顶岗实习作为职业教育中特色一环,加入高职人才培养模式。而顶岗实习这一特殊高职教育技能培养阶段中,学生与接收单位间法律关系定位不明确。为使学生顶岗实习过程中自身权益得到保障,同时明确企业权责,增强校企合作、联合办学过程中企业参与的热情,本文将加以讨论。Internship in vocational education with its unique feature has been applied in the practice of vocational training mode.However,during internship,a stage of skills development in vocational education,positioning of the legal relationship between the students and the intern unit is not clear.In the paper,the issues are discussed in order to ensure the students＇ rights and interests to be protected in internship,to makes it clear the authority and responsibility of the enterprise,and to enhance school-enterprise cooperation and enthusiasm of enterprises in joint educational process.
