摘　　要：在阐述工程施工招投标采用"合理最低价评标法"优点的基础上,对"合理最低价评标法"在招投标中存在的问题予以了归纳。通过分析探讨,提出严格资格预审程序,提高准入门槛;推行工程保证金担保制度等措施进行防范。In the elaborate construction bidding advantages of reasonable lowest bid evaluation method based on the reasonable lowest bid evaluation method in the bidding to be summarized. Analysis and Discussion of strict pre-qualification process, improve the access threshold; implementation of the Project deposit guarantee system and other measures to prevent it.
