摘  要:介绍了德国BWG公司带有动态轨距优化技术的道岔,针对武广客运专线轨距加宽式转辙器(FAKOP),首先建立车辆/道岔转辙器动力学仿真模型,运用动力学参数设计方法对道岔在轨距加宽不同的情况下,实现列车过岔平稳性影响的仿真分析.提出了一种动态轨距优化设计的最优方案,并对此方案下车辆逆向过岔时的动力性能进行仿真分析.仿真结果表明,FAKOP技术能够减少尖轨受力,提高列车在运行中的舒适度.The switch with dynamic gauge optimization of the rail which is designed by the German BWG company was introduced,the dynamics simulation model of cars/turnout point device was firstly built for the gauge widening type turn point device(FAKOP) of Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger-dedicated line.The kinematics parameter design method was used to proceed a simulation analysis,which is to assess the stability influence when a train cross switch with different gauge widening value of switch device to ensure the best gauge widening solution.Meantime,the paper had a simulation analysis when train passages switch from lateral line or straight line.The results of the simulation show the FAKOP can reduce stress of point blades and improve the comfort level of the train in motion.
