摘  要:目的探讨两种新型齿科粘结材料用于前牙冠折再接的临床效果。方法制备上颌中切牙(恒牙)冠根折模型40个,随机分为A、B组各20颗,A组采用super-bond C&B纯树脂类粘结剂(以下简称树脂粘接剂),B组采用RelyX Luting树脂加强型玻璃离子粘固剂(以下简称离子粘接剂),将两组断冠准确对位粘接。将再接后的样本放置于万能拉力试验机加载台上,持续加力直至牙冠折断。记录牙冠断裂时的剪切力、加载力。结果两组断冠再接牙剪切力均明显低于完整牙,A组断冠再接牙剪切力明显高于B组,P均<0.01;A组加载力在达到峰值断裂后成曲线型下降,B组加载达峰值后成直线下降,为脆性断裂。结论树脂粘结剂用于前牙断冠再接的效果优于玻璃离子树脂粘接剂。Objective To compare the shear bond strength of the fractured anterior teeth reattached by two different adhesive materials. Methods Forty crown fractured anterior modes were divided into two groups randomly, with 20 in each group. Group A were reattached by super-bond C&B, while group B were reattached by RelyX Luting. Then the specimens were submitted to an axial compression testin on a universal testing machine until the tooth fractured. The shear bond strength were recorded. Results The shear bond strength of group A was statistically higher than that in group B( all P 〈 0.01 ) ;the strength of A group at the peak fracture, showing the curve type decline, and group B is showing the straight type decline, which is the brittle fracture type. Conclusion The effects of adhesive virgin resin super-bond C&B is higher than adhesive glass iromer resin for the reattachment of fractured anterior teeth.
