山东省青少年女子举重现状调查与发展对策研究  

On status and development strategy of junior women's weightlifting in Shandong Province

摘　　要：运用文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,对山东省青少年女子举重现状进行研究。认为:目前山东省青年女子举重总体实力为国内第二集团,个别运动员具备较大发展潜力;少年女子举重运动整体基础有削弱趋势,个别地市已取消该队伍;现役运动员中有较多引进的外省市运动员,但作用和效果还需进一步检验。对策:下一步各级主管部门应加大对该项目的扶持力度,如在省市综合性运动会中加计奖牌和总分,对获得优异成绩的运动员退役或大学毕业后给予择业优惠政策等;行业主管部门应和政府通力合作,再创山东省女子举重辉煌。With the methods of literature review, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the status of Shandong junior womeng weightlifling team was studied. It was believed that the overall strength still belonged to the second class group in China and some individual athletes had a greater potential for development. Its overall foundation was being undermined and several,cities had canceled the team. A greater number of weightliflers on active duty were introduced from other provinces or cities, and their effects need further inspection. So, it is suggested that authorities at all levels increase their support for the team, such as increasing extra medals and scores for the e- vent in provincial Games and giving career preferential treatment to elite retired athletes and univer- sity graduates. The departments in charge of the industry should work in collaboration with the gov- ernment to achieve another brilliance of Shandong women weightlifting team.
