摘　　要：根据制件的要求,对连接件同轴孔的加工工艺进行了分析,并重点阐述了模具的结构特点、工作过程以及操作方法。在本厂,此模具的成功投产,打破了以往同类制件用冲压代替机加工的局限,此模具结构在同类制件中被广泛应用。In this article, processing technology on coaxial holes of flat connectors is analyzed in accordance with the requirements of the parts; and it also focuses on the structural characteristics of the mold, working principles and methods of operation. The success of application and launch of this mold in this factory has made a breakthrough in analogous parts processing during which the past methods just applied punching instead of machining. Hence, this die structure has been widely used in processing of such parts.
