摘　　要：目的探讨全口义齿修复制作个性化腭皱的方法及意义。方法 18例无牙颌患者行全口义齿修复时采用个别阴模复制法制作个性化腭皱,了解修复后语音功能恢复、异物感及满意度。结果戴用制作个性化腭皱的全口义齿患者1周内语音功能恢复率66.7%,轻度异物感至消失77.8%,总体满意率88.9%。结论全口义齿修复制作个性化腭皱利于语音功能的恢复,增强舌感和减轻异物感,有效缩短适应时间。Objective Explore the methods and significance of personalized palatina ruga in the complete denture.Methods：18 cases of patients with no teethjaw line have been treated by the method of copy from specific impression.After this,make known of the restoration,foreign body sensation and satisfaction.Result：Within one week,the function recovery rate of patients treated by this method is about 66.7%,the disappearance date of foreign body sensation is about 77.8% and the overall satisfaction rate is about 88.9%.Conclusion：This method will be beneficial to the recovery of speech function and enhance the sense of the tongue,and reduce the foreign body sensation,and shorten the adaptation time.
