青岛市土地利用综合效益评价研究

摘　　要：提高土地利用综合效益是促进区域可持续发展的关键。利用主成分分析法对青岛市土地利用综合效益进行评价与分析,结果表明,2000-2010年青岛市土地利用综合效益呈递增趋势,经济发展是影响其变化的主要驱动因子。据此建议青岛市今后在土地开发利用中应优化调整产业结构,挖掘土地资源潜力,加强土地利用动态监控等,以提高土地利用综合效益。Improving the comprehensive benefit of land-use is a key factor to promote regional sustainable development.The paper evaluates and analyzes the comprehensive benefit of land-use of Qingdao city with the analysis method of principal component.The result shows that the comprehensive benefit increases progressively from 2000 to 2010 and the main driving factor is economic development.In view of the above,it suggests that in the process of land development in Qingdao city,the proper methods are optimizing the readjusting industrial structure,excavating the source potential of land,and strengthening the dynamic monitoring of land-use to increase the comprehensive benefit of land-use.
