摘　　要：本文简述了虚拟企业的研究现状,指出了复杂性科学的兴起与发展为虚拟企业问题研究提供了新的研究思路与方法,并从复杂性科学的角度分析了虚拟企业这个复杂系统的主要特征,包括多维度、多层次、多目标性,动态变化性、结构复杂性等。此外,从伙伴选择、协调管理、信息共享、信任机制建立等方面分析了虚拟企业运作管理的复杂性。Present research status of virtual enterprise is introduced in this paper. It also points out that the rise and development of complexity science provides new ideas and studying methods for virtual enterprise research. Main characteristics of virtual enterprise are analyzed based on the theory of complexity science, including multi - dimensional, multi - layered, multi - targeted, dynamic changes, structural complexity, etc. In addition, the complexity of virtual enterprise operation is analyzed from aspects of partner selection, coordination and management, information sharing, problem of trust mechanism establishment, etc.
