摘　　要：通过对喷管加工工艺进行了分析,提出了采用精密锻造工艺生产该部件,介绍了毛坯直径的选择方法,同时介绍了精密锻造工艺及模具的设计,并对生产中注意的问题做了介绍,从而保证了该零件生产的顺利进行。The nozzle processing technology is analyzed and precision forging process is used to produce the part. The choosing methods for the blank diameter, precision forging technology and the die design are introduced. At the same time, some issues that should be paid attention to in production are put forward, thus the product of the part are made smoothly.
