针刺结合喜普妙治疗抑郁症113例

摘　　要：目的评价针刺结合喜普妙治疗抑郁症临床疗效。方法采用随机、对照试验将337例抑郁症患者随机分为针刺组、西药组和结合组;针刺治疗取足阳明胃经、足太阳膀胱经和奇经,穴取足三里、四神聪、太阳穴为主,1日1次,10d为1个疗程;西药组采用喜普妙片剂口服(20mg qd)治疗,10d为1个疗程,连续治疗5个疗程;结合组,把两项治疗方法相结合。观察2组治疗后3个月的总体疗效和抑郁量表积分,6个月后随访观察2组疗效稳定性。结果三组治疗后,结合组疗效明显优于其他2组,随访调查支持以上结论。结论针刺结合喜普妙治疗抑郁症临床疗效安全有效,远期疗效稳定。Objective To evaluate the treatment of depression with acupuncture in combination with citalopram clinical curative effect.Methods A multicenter,randomized,controlled337 patients with depression were randomly divided into acupuncture group and Western medicine group,and combined with the group;Acupuncture of Foot Yangming Meridian,and the urinary bladder meridian of foot and the eight extra meridians,Anatori Amiri,Sishencong,temples,once a day,10 days a course of treatment;western medicine group using Xipu good oral tablet（20mg QD） treatment,10 days a course of treatment,continuous treatment with5 courses;combination,the two combination treatments.Treatment in the two groups were observed after 3 months of overall efficacy and Depression Scale score,after 6 months of follow-up observation of efficacy of the two groups of stability.Results The three groups after treatment,combined with the group was obviously better than the other two groups,the follow-up survey supports the above conclusion.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with citalopram in treatment of depression clinical efficacy is safe and effective,stable long term effect.
