论李华的文学观念及其对古文运动的影响

摘  要:李华是中唐古文运动的先驱,有其独特的文学观念。学界一般将李华的文学观念概括为尚古、宗经、载道。而实际情况是李华对于文学的定义有宽和严两重标准,"言饰而成文"是对文学宽泛的界定,"有德之文信"则体现出了严格的选择标准。宽严两重标准既不刻意把骈文排除在文苑之外,又自然将骈文末流置于择取的范围之外,这有利于以散代骈文体变革的顺利进行。此外,李华在论及文学时,认为文学应当重质亦重文,尚古而厚今,这种观念是对当时流行的重形式的文学观念的矫正,但又不至于矫枉过正。李华的文学观念深合时宜,又具有较深的理论价值,因而直接影响到了中唐的古文运动,韩愈、柳宗元文学观念的主体部分就是对于李华文学观念的继承与发展。As the pioneer of ancient prose movement in mid Tang Dynasty, Li Hua had his unique literary concept. General- ly,academics describe Li Hua's literary concept as advocate of the ancient, reverence for scriptures and record of Dao. Ac- tually,Li Hua's definition of literature has both wide and strict double standards: "modified speech is literature" is the wide definition,while "literature conform to morality is credible literature" expresses the strict requirement. Wide strict double standards do not exclude parallel prose from literature,but it is naturally out of the range of selection. It is condu- cive to process of prose instead of parallel prose. In addition,Li Hua debated that literature should not only pay attention to the content,but also to literary factor; advocate the ancient, but not belittle the Contemporary. This concept is the cor- rection,not over correction of just paying attention to literary form. Li Hua's literary concept is in line with the actual needs, and it has great theoretical value too, so it has influenced the ancient prose movement in mid Tang Dynasty directly. Han Yu and Liu Zongyuan's literary concept is inheritance and development from Li Hua' s.
