摘  要:采用质性研究方法,对3名普通高校体育专业学生创业者进行深度访谈,使用扎根理论,对资料进行归纳.认为:培训、咨询服务、IT服务、服务外包、网络销售非常适合运用"无边界组织";普通高校体育专业学生构建无边界组织具有运动技能教学、创造更多业务拓展机会和更容易获得销售职务3大优势;构建无边界组织需要"重视智力投资"、"网络相关技术的支持"和"巧用团队协作"3种必备条件;构建无边界组织常遇到的"人员流失"、"团队自信心常受冲击"和"企业弱文化困扰"3大阻碍;并在讨论"无边界组织"与环境关系的基础上,提出了相应的对策.With qualitative research,the researcher interviewed deeply with 3 average college students majoring in physical education established Chongqing Boundless Entrepreneurship Consulting Service Limited Company.From the perspective of rooting theory and concluding the materials,the results show that they have 3 advantages,including athletic skill instruction,creating more chances to promote business and gaining the sales position more easily,that boundless organization is suitable for training,consulting service,outsourcing service,online sale,that they need to emphasize intelligence investment,to apply network skill and cooperate with team work to build boundless organization,and that they usually met employers loss,non-confidence of team members and organizational neak culture negative influence,while they building boundless organization further.Based on discussion the relationship between the boundless organization and organizational environment,some measures are put forward.
