摘　　要：静脉血栓栓塞是恶性肿瘤患者第二大死亡原因,但一直未引起医务人员的高度重视。本文对恶性肿瘤相关血栓形成的风险因素及评估量表进行综述,以期帮助医护人员早期识别血栓形成高危患者,尽早干预,降低血栓发生率。Venous thromboembolism, the second death cause in patients with malignant tumors, has not attracted enough attention of medical personnel. This paper summarizes risk factors for malignant tumors associated thrombosis and its risk assessment scales to help professionals recognize highrisk patients, take preventive measures earlier, and reduce incidence of thrombosis.
