摘　　要：图书馆人作为图书馆的塑造者,其对职业的认识、理解决定着图书馆行业的发展方向。然而,自中国有图书馆职业至今,图书馆人尚未认清自身的价值与职业立场。职业立场是对职业使命、职业利益、职业精神和价值的综合认知和认同,是认知的参照,是行为的内在准则,是维护职业利益、凝聚图书馆人的旗帜。反省认知立场、多角度审视自身、摆正定位、尽职服务等方式有助于图书馆人认清职业立场,重树图书馆人的社会形象。The librarian is the shaper of libraries, the professional cognition and understanding of librarians decides the development trend of the library circle. However, from the appearance of library profession in China, librarians haven＇t recognized their values and professional standpoint. The professional standpoint is the synthesized cognition of the professional mission, the professional benefit, the professional spirit and value. The professional standpoint is the reference of the cognition, the flag of maintaining the professional benefit and agglomerating librarians. Reflecting the cognition standpoint, examining self from multiple angles, adjusting the position and serving dutifully could help librarians to see the professional standpoint clearly, and reestablish the social image.
