摘 要:在全球价值链条件下,"要素驱动型"制造业转型升级为"创新驱动型"制造业的内在驱动力是企业家创新与员工创新的耦合力。取得巨大成功的泉州制造业价值链升级缓慢,其根本原因是,因家族式管理的路径依赖,企业家创新滞后与员工创新缺失相互作用而形成的"人本短板",导致其升级的内在驱动力严重不足,使得诸多有利条件的效用受限。泉州这一典型性问题,对于整个中国制造业转型升级的对策研究具有重要的启示作用。Under the condition of global value chain,the inner driving force that transforms and upgrades the "factor-driven" manufacturing into an "innovation-driven" one comes from the synergy between entrepreneurial innovation and employee innovation.Quanzhou's manufacturing after great success is experiencing slow transformation and upgrading.The root cause lies in "human short board" resulted from the interaction of the tardiness of entrepreneurial innovation and the lack of the employees' innovation that patriarch-based management brings about,which leads to the inadequacy of the inner driving force in transformation and upgrading,together with the limited effectiveness in utilizing the favorable conditions.This typical problem in Quanzhou will shed light to the research on the countermeasures to transform and upgrade the manufacturing throughout China.
