摘　　要：公办高校与民办高校党建工作结对共建,既是一种基层党建活动的创新方式,也是全面推进高校基层党组织建设的具体举措。公办高校与民办高校党建工作结对共建,必须强化领导,明确职责任务,搭好共建平台,健全长效机制,着力抓好落实,推动整体提升。The paired joint-construction of state-owned and non-governmental universities constitutes not only an innovative model of basic party construct activities,but also a concrete measure to comprehensively promote basic party construction in universities.In the process of paired joint-construction of state-owned and non-governmental universities,it is in need to strengthen leadership,clarify duty and responsibility,to better joint-construction platform,to perfect time-endured mechanism,whereby to reach a promotion as whole.
