肺滑膜肉瘤2例临床病理分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨肺滑膜肉瘤(Pulmonary Sgnovial Sarcoma)的病理组织学特点、诊断、鉴别诊断及预后。方法:对2例肺滑膜肉瘤手术切除标本进行光镜、免疫组织化学染色观察。结果:肺滑膜肉瘤组织学特点主要由梭形细胞构成,弥漫性紧密排列或呈交织束状排列;瘤细胞间含少量或无明显的胶原纤维,增生梭形细胞周见较多裂隙,核分裂像5-6个/HP。免疫表型:肿瘤细胞表达Vimentin、CK、EMA、Bcl-2及CD99,不表达CD68、actin、CD34、S100、desmin、mesothelial及Calretinin。结论:肺滑膜肉瘤是一种少见的肺部恶性肿瘤,有明显的病理组织学和免疫表型特点。Objective：To investigate the histopathological characteristics,the diagnosis,the differential diagnosis and the prognosis of pulmonary synovial sarcoma.Methods：2 cases of resected specimens of pulmonary synovial sarcoma were obversed through the microscope and were analyzed by immunohistochemistry.Results：Histologically,pulmonary synovial sarcoma were mainly composed of spindle cell in diffusely tightly arrangement or interlacing bundl,with a small amount of collagen fibers or without obvious among them.Around the proliferation of spindle cells more cracks were seen and 5-6 mitoses were seen per HP.Immunohistochemically,tumor cells were positive for vimentin,CK,EMA,Bcl-2 and CD99,but negative for CD68,actin,CD34,S100,desmin,mesothelial and Calretinin.Conclusion：Pulmonary synovial sarcoma is a rare lung malignant tumor with obvious histopathological and immunophenotypic characteristics.
