摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,越来越多的企业开始与高校进行合作,利用高校的科研成果为企业的科技创新提供支撑。文章主要从三个方面对高校科研成果的转化模式进行了分析,首先阐述了加快推进高校科研成果转化的必要性,其次剖析了当前我国科研成果转化过程中存在的问题及原因,最后提出了加快产学研相结合,促进高校科研成果转化的路径。After the knowledge economy＇s coming, more and more companies begin corporate with the university, which use the research power of the university to innovate. This essay analysis the result translation of the research though three ways, firstly is the necessary of it, then analy- sis the reason why the percent is so low, at last, give some advice of how to improve the percent.
