摘　　要：中国近代初现现代化的版权保护制度,和西方文化的传播直接相关,但仍然摆脱不了中国几千年文化的渗透。The establishment of copy right protection system is based on the eultural changes from substance, institution and idea at stated periods. Although Chinese idea of copyright protection germinated early, it has been experienced for along time to establish the copyright protection law untilmodern times. The copyright protection is not only the esteem to the author, but also the inspiration to his creative ability. Meanwhile, it has deep significance to keep the social order, flourish the cultural undertakings and promote the progress of civilization.
