摘 要:目的:改进新护士岗前培训模式,适应优质护理服务工作的需要。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2010年入职的75名新护士为对照组,采用传统的岗前培训模式进行培训;选取2011年入职的78名新护士为实验组,采用院-科-站三级连锁式岗前培训模式进行培训。结果:实验组与对照组的基础理论和基础护理技术操作考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义;而专科护理理论和专科护理技术操作考试成绩、同事对新护士的综合评价、患者对新护士的工作满意度、新护士对岗前培训的满意度方面,实验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:院-科-站三级连锁式岗前培训模式的实施,能全面提高新护士的临床护理能力,使其迅速适应新时期护理改革发展的需要。Objective: To improve the pre-job training model of novice nurses and to adapt to the working needs of excellence in nursing service. Methods: By convenience sampling, we recruited 75 novice nurses in 2010 in the control group who received the traditional model of pre-job training; while 78 novice nurses in 2011 were recruited in the study group who received three grade (namely hospital, department and ward) pre-job training model. Results: There was no significant difference in the scores of basic theory and operation tests between the two groups. While in other fields, such as special theory and operation tests, the comprehensive evaluation from the colleagues, the satisfaction from the patients and the novice nurses' satisfaction of pre-job training, the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The implement of the hospital-department-ward pre-job training model could improve the overall clinical nursing abilities of novice nurses and adapt to the need of nursing reform and development quickly in the new period.
