医院保洁社会化后加强监管的实践与效果

摘　　要：为改善医院环境卫生,预防医院感染,探索医院保洁社会化后保洁管理的新方法,由护理部与保洁公司共同管理,护理部对保洁员进行动态考核,护士长每月对保洁员进行绩效考核,每月护理检查中包含保洁质量评分,日常巡查、保洁员签到情况,加大监管力度,使医院环境卫生得到明显改善,患者对医院环境卫生的满意度由80.35%提高到93.83%,保洁员工作符合医院感染规范的标准。可见医院加强对保洁工作的管理力度,对保障医疗安全、改善就医环境具有重要的意义。In order to improve the hospital environmental health, to prevent hospital infection and to explore the new method of cleaning management after socializd hospital cleaning, we took the method of co-management of nursing department and Cleaning Coporation. The nursing department evaluated the cleaner＇s performance dynamicly and intensified supervison by assessing cleaners＇ performance appraisal by the head nurse every month, combining with routine inspections, including cleaning quality scores in monthly nursing checks, and carrying out cleaners＇ attendance checking system. Hospital environmental health improved significantly and patients＇ satisfaction to the hospital environmental health increased from 80.35% to 93.83%. The cleaners＇ work achieved the hospital infection standardization effect. Hospitals＇ strengthening the cleaning management could protect medical safety, improve the hospital environment and enhance the hospital image.
