摘 要:目的:了解我院手术室专科护士培训基地学员对教学质量和管理水平的评价,为提高基地教学质量、提升基地管理水平提供参考。方法:自行设计"手术室专科护士培训满意度调查表",对我院手术室专科护士培训基地的211名学员进行横断面调查。结果:学员对培训的满意度评分为(3.39±0.30)分,对基地管理水平的满意度最高;各维度满意度平均分最高的是培训基地的学习环境,得分最低的是理论课程设置构架。结论:学员对我院手术室专科护士培训基地的教学质量和管理水平评价较高,培训管理小组应重视理论课程的科学设置,满足学员需求并将学员满意度测评结果充分用于培训基地教学与管理质量的持续改进。Objective: To understand the evaluation of the students for teaching quality and management level of our Hospital's operating room specialist nurse training base and to provide evidence for improving the teaching quality and increasing the management level of the base. Methods: A cross-sectional survey of 211 trainees of the hospital operating room nurse specialists training base were conducted using self-designed "operating room specialist nurse training satisfaction survey" questionnaire. Results: The average score of the students' training satisfaction was 3.39±0.30; they satisfied with the management level most. The highest average score was the learning environment of the training base and the lowest score was the theoretical curriculum framework. Conclusion: Students have a higher evaluation on the teaching quality and management level of the hospital operating room nurse specialists training base. Training management team should pay attention to scientific set of theoretical courses, meet the needs of trainees and apply students' satisfaction survey results to the training process for continuous improvement.
