摘　　要：基于最大秩距离码，提出一种新的秘密码加密方案，讨论了它的可行性及安全性，并证明了它比基于纠错码的秘密码加密方案更安全。Based on maximum rank distance codes,a new kind of secret-code encryption scheme is proposed in this paper,feasibility and security of this scheme are discussed,and it is proved that this scheme is more secure than the secret-code encryption scheme based on error-correcting codes.
