摘　　要：鉴于传统的企业管理信息系统缺乏柔性，该文从系统的体系结构和实现方法角度出发，建立起基于Ｉ－ｎｅｔ的柔性企业管理信息系统模型。该模型能适应环境的变化，增强企业的效益和竞争力。The paper founds the model of flexility enterprise management information system based on I-net from the view of the systematic frame and the methods of coming true after taking into account the absence of flexility in enterprise management information system. The model can adapts the changes of environment. so enhances the benefits and the competitions of enterprises.
