摘 要:以含Al热轧双相钢为研究对象,在箱式电阻炉上研究了不同加热温度对热轧双相钢中第二相粒子回溶行为的影响。通过显微组织观察可以发现,含Al热轧双相钢呈现明显的双相特征,组织为铁素体和少量马氏体。随着加热温度的升高,奥氏体晶粒晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,当温度在1150℃以上时,奥氏体晶粒开始异常长大,即本试验钢的晶粒粗化温度。随着加热温度的升高,第二相粒子发生回溶,尺寸明显减小且析出减小。尺寸大的粒子,含Al量多,尺寸小的粒子,含Al量少,其成分为AlN。The effects of heating temperature on the second-phase particle re-dissolution of hot rolled dual-phase Al-bearing steel were studied on box-tybe electrical resistance. It is found that the dual-phase steel displays clearly classic dual phase morphology, which is ferrite and martensite by microstructure observation. With the increase of temperature, the austenite grain sizes grow up gradually. The austenite grains grow up abnormally, when the temperature is above 1150 ℃, the grain coarsening temperature of testing steel is above 1150 ℃. The second-phase particles generate re-dissolution phenomenon, the size of particles is clear smaller and the quantity of the precipitated second-phase particles decreases with the increase of temperature. The large size particles contain higher Al. The size of small particles contain lower Al. The composition is AIN.
