经尿道电灼术治疗腺性膀胱炎的围手术期的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道膀胱电灼术加化疗药物膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的护理方法。方法76例经尿道电灼术治疗患者．采用心理护理、导尿管护理、膀胱冲洗护理、药物灌注护理及健康指导等护理。结果76例腺性膀胱炎患者，通过以上护理措施后，有30例痊愈，42例好转，4例无效，总有效率94．7％。结论经尿道电灼术＋羟喜树碱膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎效果肯定。耐心细致的心理护理、科学的术前、术后指导和规律的膀胱灌注是治愈腺性膀胱炎的关键。Objective To investigate the bladder transurethral fulguration with chemotherapy medicine irrigation of bladder in the treatment of cystitis glandularis nursing method. Method this group of patients underwent transurethral fulguration therapy,the psychological nursing,nursing,bladder irriga-ting catheter nursing, nursing and health guidance of drug perfusion and other aspects of care.Results 76cases of cysti-tis glandulafis patients, through the above after nursing intervention,30cases were cured,42eases improved,4cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 94.7%.Coneluslons Transurethral fulguration ＋ HCPT irrigation of bladder in the treatment of cystitis glandularis effect.Patient and careful psychological nursing, scientific preoperative, postoperative instructions and regular bladder perfusion is cure cystitis glandularis key.
