摘　　要：目的探讨提高矢状窦旁脑膜瘤的手术治疗效果。方法回顾性总结28例矢状窦旁脑膜瘤的临床症状、诊断方式、显微手术治疗。结果手术结果,SimpsonⅠ级切除20例,SimpsonⅡ级切除8例,无手术死亡。术后随访2月～10年(平均5.1年),复发1例。结论采用显微外科技术,有效的控制术中出血,保护上矢状窦,避免回流静脉的损伤是提高治疗矢状窦旁脑膜瘤效果的重要因素。Objective To improve the efficacy of microneurosurgical for patients with parasagittal meningiomas. Methods The imaging date, microsurgery and response in 28 cases with parasagittal meningiomas were retrospectively analyzed. Results According to Simpson standard,20 cases were in grade Ⅰ resection,8 cases in grade Ⅱ ,no death case was found. All patients were followed up for 6 to 9 monthes, with 1 recurrence. Conclusion Skilled microneurosurgical techniques, efficient control of hemorrhage, all of these can decrease the lesion of longitudinal sinuses and reduce the complication and enhance patients surviver rate after operation.
