摘 要:目的探讨急性非淋巴细胞自血病(ANLL)的核型状况。方法利用短期培养法和直接法制备骨髓细胞染色体,用R带显带技术对151例初治的ANLL患者行染色体核型检查。结果该组患者中克隆性染色体异常的有98例(56.98%):异常核型主要为特异性染色体重排,t(15;17)(35例)和t(8;21)(23例)是最常见的结构异常,各亚型的核型检出率分别为M3(86.90%)〉M2(62.10%)〉M5(43.75%)〉M1(37.50%)〉M6(25.00%)〉M4(16.67%)应用R显带可检测56.98%的急性髓系白血病患者的染色体异常.与FAB分型相关。结论细胞遗传学是诊断、分型、判断预后的一项重要指标。Objective To discuss acute noulynlphoeylicl eukemia(ANLL) karyotype eondition. Methods Bone marrow cell ehro- mosnnle was made By short-term cultivation method and direct method, 151 patients initial treatment ANLL patients were given an chromosome karyotype examination by R banding technique. Results Ninety-eight patients(56.98% ) had cloning chromosome abnormality in this group of patients. Principal abnornml karyotype was specificity chromosome rearrangement,t( 15 ; 17 ) ( 35 patients) and t( 8 ;21 ) ( 23 pati,,nts ) was common structure abnormality,every subtype's karyotype relevance ratio was showed respectively, M3 ( 86.90% ) 〉 M2 ( 62.10% ) 〉 M5 ( 43. 75% ) 〉 M 1 ( 37.50% ) 〉 M6 ( 25.00% ) 〉 M4 ( 16.67% ), R banding technique could detect 56.98% Acute Myeloid Leukemia Cytogenesis patients'chromosnme abnormality,was bound up with FAB. Conclusion Cell geneties is an important indicator of diagnosis,type discrimination, and estimate prognostic.
