摘  要:目的探讨游泳对婴儿行为神经发育、心理发育及社会适应行为的影响。方法将符合选取条件的62例新生儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。对照组新生儿出生后按常规方法进行护理,观察组在此基础上,于出生后36h即开始进行游泳,每天1次,并延续至3个月。在第1,14,28天对新生儿进行行为神经评分,在第90天进行神经心理发育、社会适应行为检查,比较两组间各项指标评分的差异。结果观察组新生儿第1天行为神经评分为(39.71±1.51)分,对照组为(39.52±1.26)分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.548,P〉0.05);观察组新生儿第14天行为神经评分为(43.00±I.77)分,对照组为(41.71±2。10)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.615,P〈0.05);观察组新生儿第28天行为神经评分为(46.23±1.76)分,对照组为(44.65±1.89)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.404,P〈0.01)。观察组智龄、发育商、大动作、适应能力和社交行为评分分别为(3.59±0.28),(115.74±8.54),(124.90±12.10),(118.52±14.92),(131.87±25.73)分,对照组分别为(3.32±0.34),(105.94±8.97),(113.26±15.24),(103.13±14.85),(117.13±23.49)分,观察组各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为3.543,4.409,3.332,4.071,2.356;P均〈0.05)。结论游泳能促进婴儿行为神经发育、心理发育,提高其社会适应行为,是值得推广的保健与健康活动。Objective To investigate the effect of swimming on the development of neuropsychological and adaptive behavior of infant. Methods Totals of 62 cases of neonatal selected with criteria, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases each group. Control group received the routine nursing after birth, according to conventional methods. On this basis, infants of observation group had swimming once every day after birth 36 h, and extended to three months. Then, neonatal behavioral neurological assessment in the 1th, 14th ,28th day. And in the 90th day, neuropsychological development of social adaptive behavior tests were executed. Results No significant difference was found in the score of behavioral neurological assessment of observation group and control group in 1th day [ (39.71 ±1.51 ) vs ( 39.52± 1.26 ) ; t = 0. 548, P 〉 0.05 ], While significant difference was found in the 142 day [ (43.00 ± 1.77) vs (41.71 ±2.10) 1,28th day [ (46.23 ± 1.76) vs (44.65 ± 1.89) ] between observation group and control group ( t = 2. 615,3. 404, respectively ; P 〈 0.05 ). The observed values of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group such as developmental quotient score [ ( 3.59 ± 0.28 ) vs ( 3.32 ±0.34 ) 1, mental age score [ ( 115.74 ± 8.54 ) vs (105.94 ± 8.97)] ,behavior score [(124. 90 ± 12. 10) vs (113.26 ± 15.24)1, adaptive ability score [(118.52±14.92) vs (103.13 ±14.85)1, social behavior score [(131.87 ±25.73) vs (117.13 ±23.49)1, and the difference was statistically significant (t = 3. 543,4.409,3. 332,4. 071,2. 356, respectively ;P 〈 0.05 ). Conelsioim Swimming can promote the infants' neural behavior development, psychological development. And it can improve their social adaptive behaviors, which should be promoted.
