摘 要:目前所报道的芳纶纤维加捻与其拉伸性能的关系均是根据试验测试结果进行统计获得的,缺乏科学系统的理论论证,因而实际应用中面对市场上种类、牌号纷杂的芳纶纤维,难以以此确定一个较为准确的加捻最优方案。通过数学建模及其分析,对芳纶加捻与其拉伸性能建立一个定量的关系,以期在不同种类、规格的芳纶进行加捻时,能够起到一个有效的指导作用。At present the reported relationship between PPTA fiber being twisted and its tensile property is obtained from the statistics of experimental and testing results, lacking of theoretical demonstration. As a result, it is difficult to determine a relatively exact optimal twisting scheme when facing with various types and brands of PPTA fiber. On the basis of analysis of the maths model, a quantitative relationship between PPTA fiber twisted and its tensile property is established, so as to give an effective advice for twisting different types or different specs of PPTA fiber.
