康保县生态工程实施对农村影响的实证调查与分析

摘　　要：北方农牧交错带生态工程进入了巩固成果阶段.本文选择河北省坝上高原的康保县,采用参与性农户评估的半结构访谈法,开展生态工程实施对农村生态、生产、生活等方面影响的实证调查与分析,以求农户生计与生态环境的可持续发展.结果表明,退耕还林草等生态工程,使当地生态环境明显好转;农牧业生产结构得以调整与优化,生产效率提高;农户收入有所增加,生活有所改善.为巩固生态建设成果,本文就基本口粮田建设与生态补偿政策完善两方面提出相关意见与建议.Ecological project has entered the stage of Consolidating ecological achievements in northern agro-pastoral ecotone. The study taked Kangbao County on bashang plateau of I-Iebei province as the research area. Based on the method of Semi-structured Interview of Participatory Rural Appraisal, the paper attempted to study the influence of ecological projects to eco-environment and farmer, s production and life to promote sustainable development of farmers, livelihood and ecological. The results indicated that ecological projects including grain-for-green program made the local eco-environment better obviously. Farming and animal husbandry production structure got adjustment and optimization, and the production efficiency has improved, Farmer income increased, life has improved. At the end , some ideas and suggestions about Basic grain ration farmland construction and ecological compensation policy was put forward To Consolidate ecological achievements.
