摘　　要：以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(2,4-TDI)和聚乙二醇(PEG 1000)为原料,N-甲基-二乙醇胺(MDEA)为亲水扩链剂,采用自乳化法制备出乙酰苯胺封闭的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。探讨了自乳化的条件及其对聚氨酯乳液性能的影响,并将制得的水性聚氨酯乳液用于纸页增强。结果显示:添加了制备湿强剂的纸张性能明显比未添加湿强剂的纸张好。In this paper, a kind of blocked water-borne polyurethane（WPU） emulsion was synthesized by self-emulsifying technique, with acetylaniline as blocking agent, toluene-2,4-diisocyanate（2,4-TDI） and polyethylene glycol（Macrogol 1 000） as raw material, and N-methyldiethanolamine as hydrophilic chain extender. In addition, the conditions of self-emulsifying and their effects on performance of polyurethane emulsion were discussed. And then the WPU emulsion was applied to enhance paper strength. The results showed that the performance of paper with the prepared wet strength agent was better than that with none.
