摘　　要：给出了两矩阵具有公共特征向量的一个充要条件和一个充分条件及两矩阵可同时三角化的充要条件,研究了具有公共向量矩阵及可同时三角化的性质,并给出若干应用.A necessary and sufficient condition and a sufficient condition of two matrixes possessing common eigenvectors are obtained. And a necessary and sufficient condition of simultaneous triangularization of two matrixes is provided. In addition, some properties of matrixes possessing common eigenvectors and simultaneous triangularization are given. Some examples about their application are also listed.
