摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下局限性鼻中隔成形术的手术技巧和优越性。方法对547例鼻中隔偏曲患者,根据患者鼻中隔偏曲的部位、程度以及是否伴有其它鼻腔-鼻窦疾病,采用不同切口的局限性手术方式。结果经随访6～12个月,547例鼻中隔偏曲一次得以矫正,无严重并发症,疗效满意。结论鼻内镜下局限性鼻中隔成形术具有直观、微创、精细、安全、并发症少等优点,体现了现代微创手术的理念,促进了中隔手术技巧的改进和完善。Objective To explore the clinical significance and surgical techniques for partial septo- plasty under nasal endoscopy. Methods Septoplasty was performed for 547 consecutive patients using a partial surgical technique with different surgical incisions according to different clinical char- acteristics. Results Septoplasty was successful in all the 547 cases. The symptoms resulting from septal deviation disappeared or significantly relieved during the follow-up of 6 - 12 months, without serious complications. Conclusions Partial septoplasty limits the dissection to the area of the devia- tion and markedly reduces the extent of subperichondrial dissection. It is a safe, effective, precise and minimally invasive alternative to traditional headlight approaches. Partial septoplasty is a signifi- cant advance in septal surgery.
