直角三棱镜和等腰三棱镜在斜视角测量中的差别研究

摘　　要：目的探讨直角三棱镜和等腰三棱镜检查斜视角的差别。方法用病例对照研究,对明确诊断为共同性外斜视的99名患者分别运用交替遮盖直角三棱镜和等腰三棱镜中和法进行斜视角测量。结果 1.直角三棱镜测量的三棱镜度为44.75△±14.52△,等腰三棱镜测定的三棱镜度为33.81△±8.67△,两者差值为10.49△,差别有统计学意义,P<0.05;将两种三棱镜的检查结果通过理论计算转换为圆周度,直角三棱镜测量值为18.11°±2.83°,等腰三棱镜为18.57°±4.35°,两者差值为0.46°。2.当直角三棱镜测量值为30△、40△、50△、60△、80△时,等腰三棱镜的测量值均数分别为24.30△±2.46△、32.61△±2.97△、38.25△±4.06△、42.50△±3.16△、50△±0△,差别具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论直角三棱镜和等腰三棱镜检查斜视角存在差别,直角三棱镜测定的斜视度偏大,角度越大两者差别越大;两种检查结果通过理论计算转换为圆周度后差别明显减小。Objective To study the difference of oblique angle checked with right angle prism and isosceles angle prism.Methods This was a case control study.The oblique angles of 99 cases of concomitant exotropia were measured by alternating cover joint right angle prism and isosceles angle prism.Results 1.The right angle prism degree was 44.75△±14.52△greater than the isosceles angle prism degree 33.81△±8.67△ with the difference of10.49△,which was statistically significant,P〈0.05;Comparing the two prism inspection results converted to the degree of circumference by theoretical calculation,the right angle prism value was 18.11°±2.83°,and the isosceles angle prism value was 18.57°±4.35°,the difference was only 0.46°.2.When the right angle prism degree were 30△,40△,50△,60△,80△,the isosceles prism degree were 24.30△±2.46△,32.61△± 2.97△,38.25△ ± 4.06△,42.50△ ± 3.16△,50△ ± 0△,and the difference was significant,P〈 0.05.Conclusions The oblique angle measured with different shaped prisms is different.The degree checked with right angle prism is larger than checked with isosceles angle prism,the greater the angle,the greater the difference.The results of two tests tend to match after being converted into the circumference degree through theoretical calculation.
