摘　　要：存储电路是数据采集系统中不可缺少的重要组成部分，存储速率直接制约采集速率的提高。文中给出一个以ＥＣＬ器件为主，采用分组存储技术设计的数据存储电路，其最大存储速率可达１００ＭＨｚ。Data storage circuit is the necessary and critical element in data acquisition system. Its accessing rate affects directly the speed of data acquisition. the paper presents the data storage circuit by mainly using ECL device and grouping storage technology. The maximum rate is up to 100MHz.
