摘 要:根据相似理论设计制造了大型圆盘锯机模型 ,通过实验对模型锯片的声振特性进行了系统深入的研究。对锯片在径向脉冲激励下 ,采取加大夹盘直径、大夹盘加金属橡胶及锯片钻不同直径孔几种减振降噪措施情况下的声振特性进行了实验测试分析 ,发现虽然几种措施在不同程度上都有减振降噪效果 ,但采用大夹盘加金属橡胶和打孔锯片结合是最有效的综合措施。Based on analogous Theory, the large sized disk saw machine model is manufactured. The sound and vibration properties of model saw blades are studied systematically and deeply via experiments. In the case of saw blades with excited radial pulses, the experimental analysis is made of sound and vibration properties by adopting the measures of several vibration and noise reductions such as the expansion of large clamp diameter and adding metal rubber to large clamp and drilling holes with different diameters in saw blades. It is found that although several measures have the effects on vibration and noise reduction, the most effective measure is to combine the expansion of clamp, the addition of metal rubbers and drilling holes in saw blades together. Accordingly, the experimental results provide the available data for vibration and noise reduction of actual saw machines as well as the design of new type saw machine with low noises.
