摘 要:应用气相色谱技术建立液体乳及乳粉中山梨酸、苯甲酸、脱氢乙酸、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯和对羟基苯甲酸丁酯共7种防腐剂的定量分析方法。样品酸化后用乙酸乙酯提取,提取液经脱水后直接进样,中等极性毛细色谱柱DB-17分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果表明,7种防腐剂在质量浓度为10-500mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.999以上,方法的检出限(以信噪比大于3计)为0.2-0.5mg/L,定量限(以信噪比大于10计)为0.7~1.7mg/L,平均加标回收率为96.6%-104.3%,RSD〈5%。该方法前处理简单快速、检测效率高、线性范围宽、灵敏度高、实用性较强。To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 7 preservatives in milk and milk powder by GC-FID. After acidifica-tion, the sample was extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was separated using DB-17 middle polarity capillary column and detected by GC with FID detector. The results showed that linear ranges and coefficients of correlation of the method were 10-500 mg/L and above 0.999 for 7 preservatives, respectively. The results indicated that the limits of detection (LODs, S/N〉3) for the 7 preservatives were in the range of 0.2-0.5 mg/L, and the limits of quantitation (LOQs, S/N〉10) were in the range of 0.7-1.7 mg/L.The recoveries were between 96.6% and 104.3% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of less than 5%. Conclusion: The developed method is rapid, effective, sensi-tive and practical.
